This is for anyone in Ontario, placing an order who wishes to claim PST Exemption:

You must fax or mail us a copy of the PST Exemption Certificate if you have not done so, or we will have to charge you the tax on your future orders. (just your Vendor's Permit number will not be sufficient, as Govt. auditors are targeting smaller businesses for Audits, and will not accept this.)

(This is for those who wish to pay for their orders Via C.O.D.)

New clients must pay for  first order via a credit card. (this is due to continuing problems we are having with C.O.D. orders being returned to us unclaimed)  

We will keep your credit card number on file, and if any C.O.D. order  you have made is sent back to us because you have neglected to pick it up. or have refused it, you will be charged a $10.00 surcharge on your credit card. 

 If we continue to have problems with C.O.D orders, this service will be discontinued and all orders will have to be prepaid. (please see our "Policies" page for details.
